Applying For Nature Tots Preschool
At Nature Tots Preschool, we strive to provide a straight forward application process for families. Whether you're wanting to enroll in Nature Preschool or Summer Sessions, we aim to make the process seamless and convenient.
Currently Enrolled Families: Priority enrollment begins in April for the following Preschool year. An email will be given out to include forms that need to be updated along with a request for the $100 discounted gear fee for the next year.
New Families: Starting May 1st, any remaining spots become available to the public. To enroll, simply click the link below and fill out the online application. Once received on our end, you will get an email within 48 hours, providing you with the next steps, including a phone chat to address any questions or concerns you may have.

It provides a clear picture of what to expect and ensures a smooth, collaborative journey through your child's early education.
Enrollment Process
Once we have determined your child is a good fit for Nature Tots Preschool a final email will detail all the steps to complete the enrollment.

If our preschool class is already filled, we encourage prospective families to join our wait list. We will contact wait listed families in the order of their submission, offering them spots as they become available.
We will need these steps completed to finalize your child's enrollment:
- Completely fill out the family account on Brightwheel, which will serve as the primary communication and payment platform.
- Pay the Gear Fee and 1st Month Tuition payment in Brightwheel. This will be sent along with the final registration email.

Monthly Tuition
Payments are due the 1st of each month. Given our limited spaces, it's essential to understand that monthly payments ensure your child's spot, rather than being based on actual attendance. Whether there are late arrivals, early departures, vacations, or sick days, our commitment remains consistent.
The daily rate is a flat $57.00 for each child. To keep things smooth, we calculate the number of attending days over the preschool year and then spread it evenly over the nine months, ensuring you have a consistent payment each month. For the efficient functioning of our program, we have partnered with Brightwheel for all billing matters. This ensures timely automatic deductions right when they're due.

What is the 'Gear Fee'?
We require a non-refundable $300 gear fee to be used towards purchasing and maintaining outdoor gear and learning materials for the year. For returning families, a $100 gear fee is required at the start of each school year.
